Carbon Monoxide is a poisonous gas that you can’t see, can’t smell and can’t taste, and if you breathe it in, it can make you seriously ill or even cause death.

We want everyone to stay safe from Carbon Monoxide, which is why this winter, Northern Gas Networks are giving away 2,000* FREE Carbon Monoxide alarms.

To get a free alarm for you – or a loved one – just:

1. Complete the first survey to find out how much you know about the silent killer.

2. Arm yourself with information about the signs and symptoms and what to do if you suspect CO.

3. Take the second survey to test your knowledge.

4. Enter your name and full address (you must live in the Northern Gas Networks distribution area – check here and add your post code to see if you are in the Northern Gas Networks geographical area https://findmygdn.co.uk/ to qualify)

5. You must apply before midnight on 28th February 2025 for your chance to claim a free CO alarm.
