Northern Gas Networks (NGN) will be starting work soon to replace the existing metal gas pipes with more durable plastic ones to ensure the continued, safe and reliable supply of gas to customers for years to come.

NGN is replacing the gas mains from the junction of Warrior Drive to Seaton Carew Golf Club. The project is due to start in the first week of November. The work will last for approximately 12 weeks.

NGN appreciates the impact works can have in an area, the customer care team would therefore like to invite the public to community drop-in sessions to answer any questions they may have about this work. Refreshments will be provided.
