Disconnect a gas service or main

If you need to disconnect your gas supply or a gas main within your site, we’re here to help. Our knowledgeable Connections team will guide you through your journey, from providing you with a quotation & design, to completing your disconnection on site.

Our application portal is no longer available. Please use the Postcode Check to check we cover your area and apply for your works via our online form.

There are lots of companies who can help you to get connected, alter existing pipework or disconnect services, they are known as Utility Infrastructure Providers (UIP’s). You can find out more on the Lloyds Register website.
