Engineers from the North of England’s gas distributor, Northern Gas Networks (NGN), have been working around the clock to restore gas supplies to around 130 properties in Mirfield after water made its way into the gas mains on Monday (February 10).
Engineers have been working through the night to turn properties safely back on gas at their meter and gas supplies have been restored to 126 properties where we have been able to gain access.
If you were not at home when we called, we have left a card with our contact details so that you can arrange for an engineer to come straight out.
